Thank you very much to you and your team for your outstanding work.
Allthough we had almost 30 Passengers you managed to get them from Apollo Bay to Melbourne Airport (And the City) without fuss and in spectacular fashion.
I found Microflite to be extremely professional and precise in ensuring that everything went to plan and helping accommodate last minute request.
While we turned up to the flight area in quite a chaotic order you took control of the group ensuring a smooth and quick transfer from our cars to the safety briefing and to the Helicopters, which incidentally I have had plenty of positive feedback on.
All of our guests made their flights, which made my job that much easier and rounded off a successful event.
